Annual Valentine Masala Dosa Luncheon

Seatings at noon and 1 – state your preference when you reserve – the sooner the better to accommodate your preference.
Interest in the event has grown over the years to the point where we have had to either close down reservations or try to fit everyone into a restaurant that has seats for only 27 at a time.
The delectable menu will be very similar to that of previous years:
Masala Dosa…lentil and rice flour crepes with potato-onion filling
Samber Sauce…lentils and vegetables
Basmati Rice…fragrant and delicious
Utta Pum…pancakes with onions and green peas
Chick Pea Alu Chole…with potatoes
another possible vegetable dish and 2 desserts to be decided —
All to be meat-free, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and egg-free (ie, vegan, soy free, gluten-free)
For reservations, please e-mail Carolyn at email@example.com or phone (607-775-4785) with your name, number attending (listing children’s ages), SEATING TIME preferred and a phone contact in case of any need for communication. Please choose EITHER the 12 noon seating or the 1:00 p.m. seating this year.
Iti says she will also serve just past two if there is anyone who cannot come before that. Price for this all-you-can-eat meal is, as last year, $14 for those over 10, $7 for those 5-10 and free for those under 5 including the meal, tax, tip and ambiance!
Reservations must be in by Tuesday, Feb. 11th as it takes three days to make the Masala Dosa batter and I need to inform the chef how many are expected. Thank you and hope to see you there. – Carolyn Christy-Boyden
