I just had half of a Lucienne’s 70% Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Praline Bar that Shira and I got at Greenstar Coop, and I’ve got to say, this is a delicious bar of chocolate. Mmmm hmm.
Lucienne’s isn’t a vegan company but they are located in Trumansburg, their cocoa is 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified, and the wrappers (with prominent “Dairy Free” and “Vegan” labeling on the vegan bars) are printed on recycled paper. So I think I’m going to be happy about these things.
